    The suite was spacious and the shower was fantastic, truly a highlight of my stay! I loved relaxing in the heated pool and enjoyed the soothing full body massage at the spa. Just a small hassle was the hotel staff trying to promote memberships a bit too often. still, overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

    The staff was super friendly, especially daniel matheus. Room service was awesome, and there was low noise throughout the hotel. The superior queen room was nice, and the lobby had a great vibe. The pool with a view was a nice touch!

    It was just a proper fit for a short visit in Gramado with good value for cost. The bed in our room was comfortable , made our stay quite pleasant. If you visit, consider timing your meals to avoid long lines.
